Online Orders

Simply follow the instructions prompted on our Website. Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail providing you with a reference number and the total value of your order that will be debited from your credit/debit card.


Beyond Wellness accepts payments through the following methods: Credit/Debit Card. Beyond Wellness accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

By providing us with details of the payment card and submitting the order, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours, and you authorize us to deduct the full price of the Products and Services and all other payments that may become due at the time of checkout under this Agreement from your payment card.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses, for any reason, to authorize payment to us, we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of Products and Services.


Delivery costs for your order will be clearly set out before you place your order.
Delivery of your order will be made to the address for delivery you provide on the order form. It is important that this address is accurate. You acknowledge and accept that Beyond Wellness will not be held responsible for the delivery of your order to an incorrect address in instances where delivery to such address is due to the address being incorrectly stated on the order form.

Beyond Wellness aims to ship your test kit by ordinary mail within two business days of receipt of order.

Delivery timescales are indicative only. Beyond wellness does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party or by circumstances out of its control, including but not limited to local, national or international disruption of postal services. You acknowledge that you may be required to sign for your order on delivery, and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to sign for the order on delivery.

Our prices do not include local taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the US may be subject to customs fees and/or import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Additionally, when ordering from Beyond Wellness you are considered the Importer of Record and you acknowledge and confirm that you will:

(i) comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the Product;

(ii) complete and file any duty entry form or any other document as is required; and

(iii) pay all import duties and other taxes as may fall due on the Products.

Returns Policy


Returns within 3 business days

Returns may be accepted if Beyond Wellness is notified within 3 business days of delivery of the kit on info@beyondwellness.io. You need to return the kit within 7 days of notifying us of the return and in accordance with any instructions provided.

Beyond Wellness will refund you in the manner that we received payment from you. You will be liable for all fees and costs associated with shipping and / or returning of the kit to us, subject to applicable law.

In order to receive a full refund on your kit, it must be delivered to Beyond Wellness within 14 days of original delivery undamaged and unused in original, sealed packaging. If the kit has been opened but not used or processed, you will receive a refund of 25% of the price paid for the kit. If the kit has already been used, no returns will be accepted.

Damaged / missing kits

If you receive a damaged or defective kit, you must notify us on 949-456-8550 or info@beyondwellness.io within 3 business days of delivery, to initiate a damaged or defective kit claim for a refund. It is required that you keep all of the packaging material, box(es) and broken items and provide it to us on request and at our expense, in order to complete the investigation. If the investigation confirms the kit to be damaged or defective, Beyond Wellness will provide you with a replacement kit within 5 working days of the completion of the investigation.

If you are missing any items from your order, you must notify us at info@beyondwellness.io within 14 days of delivery. Beyond Wellness will provide you with a replacement kit within 5 working days of such notification. Beyond Wellness shall reimburse you for all fees and costs associated with shipping and / or returning of the defective kit to Beyond Wellness. If you fail to report damaged and / or missing items in your order within 2 months of receiving the kit, replacement items will not be delivered under any circumstances, subject to applicable law.

Undeliverable orders

Any orders that are returned to Beyond Wellness as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be reimbursed but you will be subject to a return handling fee, subject to applicable law. Beyond Wellness reserves the right to refuse delivery of kits that require payment fees that have not been prepaid by the sender.


Provided that due process has been followed during the testing process, Beyond Wellness will under no circumstances be liable for a refund or replacement on the basis that you are not happy with or do not agree with the results of the test.

Discretionary Limited refund or replacement

If you have received your results and believe that the process has not been performed in accordance with the Beyond Wellness agreement, you must notify us within 5 days on info@beyondwellness.io and indicate that you are requesting a refund (should you qualify for a refund following our investigation). You also need to indicate the grounds on which you base your claim. Beyond Wellness will investigate the complaint and provide a response to you within 3 working days.

If the investigation indicates that the Beyond Wellness agreement has not been delivered against, Beyond Wellness will offer you a full or partial refund depending on the circumstances. If you choose a refund, we will refund you in the manner that we received payment from you and process the refund within 5 working days of releasing our report.
